Information for authors

Welcome to the ICCSIS conference! We invite authors to submit original, previously unpublished research results for consideration. Please adhere to the following guidelines when preparing your submission:

  1. Language: English is the official language of the conference. All papers must be written and presented in English.
  2. Originality: Articles submitted must report original research. They should not be under consideration for publication elsewhere.
  3. Format: Please ensure your paper follows the required formatting guidelines, which can be found on our website.
  4. Deadline: All submissions must be received by the specified deadline. Late submissions will not be considered.

Ethical Binding Details:
At ICCSIS, we uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct in academic research. We believe that integrity is fundamental to the academic community. Therefore, we have strict policies regarding ethical violations, particularly concerning plagiarism.

Plagiarism Policy:
Plagiarism is defined as the use of someone else’s work, ideas, or expressions without proper attribution. Any act of plagiarism is considered a serious academic misconduct. If an author is found to have committed plagiarism, the following sanctions will be enforced:

  • Article Rejection: The submitted article will be rejected or removed from final publications.
  • Reporting Violations: The author’s violation will be reported to their supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s).
  • Ethics Oversight: The violation will be reported to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agencies.
  • Public Disclosure: We reserve the right to publish the author’s name(s), the article’s title, the name(s) of the affiliated institution, and details of the misconduct.

Formatting Guidelines

Articles submitted to the conference should report original, previously unpublished research results, experimental or theoretical and must not be under consideration for publication elsewhere. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence any act of plagiarism is a totally unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated. If an author is found to commit an act of plagiarism, the following acts of sanction will be taken:

1). Reject the article submitted or delete the article from the final publications.
2). Report the authors violation to his/her supervisor(s) and affiliated institution(s)
3). Report the authors violation to the appropriate overseeing office of academic ethics and research funding agency.
4). Reserve the right to publish the authors name(s), the title of the article, the name(s) of the affiliated institution and the details of misconduct, etc. of the plagiarist”
